Advocate Stephen Wauchope established Bailiwick Legal Services on 1 January 2023 to provide affordable, tailored legal advice and representation in Jersey Courts and Tribunals to both local and international clients.
Advocate Stephen Wauchope was admitted to the roll of practitioners by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2002 but he does not currently advise on Australian law.
After traveling to the UK in 2006, Advocate Wauchope found employment with a highly regarded London firm before relocating to Jersey in 2007.
From 2007 to 2013 Advocate Wauchope was employed in a local top tier law firm before being admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey and accepting partnership in a Jersey law firm with an international footprint.
Advocate Wauchope is focused on family, cricket, Australian rules football and, when time permits, long distance running and low water fishing.
